Since concrete products are often manufactured to specific grade and color requirements, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the manufacturing process has not yet begun. After this period, advance payments are non-refundable.
Concrete blocks and pavers are heavy construction materials. While we ensure highest quality compaction, minor breakage (up to 2-3%) during transit and unloading is considered an industry norm and is non-refundable. For breakages exceeding this margin, customers must notify us at the time of delivery.
If a valid cancellation request is processed, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Transfer / UPI) within 7-10 working days.
